Reform Pilates and wellness guests 


1. Reform Studios reserves the right to refuse entry.

2. Every possible effort is made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, the schedule is subject to change or cancellation with out notice. Reform Studios is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.

4. Reform Studios is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.

5. All purchases are final. Reform Studios does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, user error, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.

6. All passes and memberships are non-transferable.

7. Passes and memberships may not be shared. Anyone caught sharing memberships will be denied entry and forfeit their pass or membership permanently.

8. Please early cancel if you are unable to attend a class to make your place available to others. Cancellation may be made via the online booking system or mobile app up to 120 minutes before a class with out penalty.

9. Fees may increase from time to time without notice to reflect increases in costs.

10. Please arrive on time for class, as there is no late admittance. The studios are open 5 minutes before class start times. Doors are locked during class for security purposes.
Check-in at reception for all classes.
No personal belongings in the studios other than water and towel. There will be space in studio for small items such as keys, wallets and phones. Please ensure that your phone is switched to silent, or completely off.
No glass water bottles.
Listen carefully to the teacher’s instructions.

 

Booking etiquette:

Please early cancel if you are unable to attend a class to make your place available to others. Cancellation may be made via the online booking system or mobile app up to 6 hours before a class with out penalty. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the early cancel window you will be charged for the class. Members or Trial Membership holders will not be able to book another class on the same day. Members and intro pass holders will be charged a $10 'no show fee' if they no show or late cancel outside of the cancellation window.

 

 

Charges:

Membership fees will be charged to your bank account once per week or fortnight (depending on membership taken), via a third party biller, Stripe. No additional transaction fees are charged for auto-debits.
It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the weekly/ fortnightly auto-debit. Should a payment be declined for any reason, Reform Studios reserves the right to process payment at anytime to settle any debt owed.

Failed transactions: If your auto-debit is directly from your bank account and is declined or has insufficient funds, the transaction will fail and yields additional bank costs. Unfortunately, Stripe is unable to absorb these costs. If your auto-debit is from a debit card and is declined or has insufficient funds a charge of $10 will be added to your account for each failed attempt. Please review your bank policies on failed auto payments.

Gift cards can be redeemed for classes, memberships or products. They are not redeemable for cash.

 

Queries:

 All queries in regards to contract are to be addressed in writing to admin@reformstudio.com.au and will be answered via email to ensure validity. The studio is not responsible for agreements made orally or outside of this correspondence including teachers and reception staff.

 

Suspensions:

The membership may be suspended via a written request via email to admin@reformstudio.com.au. Suspensions are a maximum 6 weeks per year. Reform Studios cannot pro-rate day usage. We require up to 7 days notice prior to the suspension date request. Suspensions will not be accepted via Facebook, phone or any medium other than email.

 

Waitlist:

If the class is “full”, there will be an option to add yourself to the “waitlist”.
Should a cancellation occur, you will be added to the class and notified via email or text (depending on which you have selected in your account set up).
You will be automatically added from the waitlist into the class, please look out for the confirmation email and cancel from the waitlist if you no longer require the spot in the class as this inhibits others from taking the spot.

Please keep a reminder of any classes you waitlist for.

If you do not receive a text/email, please let us know at admin@reformstudio.com.au so we can assist you.

Please note: You will only be added from the waitlist up until 30mins before the class time.

 

PACKAGES


Welcome to reform

1.This membership is available to new members to Reform Studios only.

2. Only one Intro Membership per person.

3. The 7 Day Intro is valid for 7 days as stated on purchase. The activation date is the date of first class attended.

4. This membership allows you unlimited regularly scheduled classes in Reform Studios but excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training, one on one or other special events.

5. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on the 14 day intro membership for any reason.

6. Memberships may not be shared or transferred for any reason at any time. Anyone sharing memberships and does so expressly without the consent of Reform Studios will be denied all future entry and forfeit their membership.

7. Booking etiquette: Please early cancel if you are unable to attend a class to make your place available to others. Cancellation may be made via the online booking system or mobile app up to 6 hours before a class with out penalty. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the early cancel window you will be charged for the class. Members or Trial Membership holders will not be able to book another class on the same day. Members and intro pass holders will be charged a $10 'no show fee' if they no show or late cancel outside of the cancellation window.

8. No entry is permitted after the class start time and leaving class early is strongly discouraged.

Single Class

1.Single classes expire in 1 months after purchase.

2. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused passes due to illness, user error, injury, change of address or any other reason.

10 Class Pass

1.10 class passes class passes expire in 6 months of the activation of the pass. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass.

2. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of passes due to illness, user error, injury, change of address or any other reason. In extreme cases expired classes can be credited to another pass once it is purchased.

Cancellation may be made via the online booking system or mobile app up to 6 hours before a class with out penalty. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email. Unlimited Membership

1. unlimited classes per week accessing regularly scheduled classes in the studio and one free sauna per month. This membership excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training, one on one or other special events. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass.

2. No refunds, transfers or extensions are offered on unused portions of passes due to illness, user error, injury, change of address or any other reason. In extreme cases expired classes can be credited to another pass once it is purchased.

Unlimited week to week

Two Class Weekly Pass

1. This pass is valid for two classes per week - pass expires two weeks after purchase.

2. No refunds, transfers or extensions are offered on unused portions of passes due to illness, user error, injury, change of address or any other reason. In extreme cases expired classes can be credited to another pass once it is purchased.
